Christians rarely agree on the end times, and the disagreements can get heated. In this teaching, we stay with what Paul actually told the church in Thessalonica. They were grieving friends and family who had died and wondering how Jesus’ return would work. Paul’s answer gives them solid hope, not wishful thinking.
In this teaching, we look at what Paul has already said about Jesus’ return earlier in the letter (1:9–10, 2:16, 3:13), then work through his answer in 4:13–18.
