Took a little detour this morning, feeling it was necessary to tie these two passages together again, Galatians 3:6-14 (God redeeming us from the curse through Christ's faithfulness in taking the very form of a servant, showing us what God is like, conquering sin and death through His redemptive work on the cross and resurrection) and Genesis 15:1-2, 17-18a.
We miss so much of these passages if we fail to read scripture through middle eastern eyes, and understand the context. So here's my attempt at bringing these two texts together.
