Beautiful message - such a timely word for us as a church as we begin our 21 Days of Prayer. I hope you can have a listen.
In the point of tension in our lives when it seems like God isn't answering prayer or coming through for us the way we thought He would, Jesus asks us a question. The same question Jesus asked Peter actually, the question being "Who do you say I am?"
Do you trust that I am good?
Do you trust that I am faithful?
Do you trust that I am the Son of God?
Do you trust that I am the God who liberates you?
We are invited to remain in this place of tension, and where this happens is in prayer, answering this question, "Who do you say I am?"
