Isaiah 64
Isaiah 64 | The Cries of a People Longing for a Messiah (Advent Week One)

In Isaiah 64, we read the longings of Israel. Prayed hundreds of years before Jesus, they were the aches of a people in chains who were dreaming into the future, looking for God to deliver them.

As we listen to Bernard's teaching on this first Sunday of Advent, the cries of Ancient Israel become our own as we too, look into the future for a final deliverance through a coming king.
