Praying the Prayers

The practices of the church are: 1) Announcing the good news of God's kingdom, 2)  Healing the sick and tending to the poor and needy, 3) Corporate worship (teaching, prayers, lords supper, fellowship)  

At a recent gathering, Andy taught about prayer in the historic and global church. At the end of the teaching, he gave us a simple prayer liturgy and urged us to pray through this guide during the month of February. 

The link below contains a new prayer guide that will guide us through the remainder of the 2024 calendar. Different Psalms have been chosen for the months ahead, and we have also been assigned readings from the Gospel of John, the Book of Hebrews, and the Gospel of Luke.
