Praying the Prayers

At Sunday's CityWide (Feb 4, 2024), I continued along a theme from the prior week's They Devoted Themselves video teaching.  In the video teaching, I ended by urging us to give our attention to the practices of the church that we learn by following Jesus. Those practices are: 1) Announcing the good news of God's kingdom, 2) Praying, and 3) healing the sick and tending to the poor and needy.

At the CityWide teaching, I picked up the second point and talked about prayer and at the end of the teaching, I gave us a simple prayer liturgy and urged us to take the month of February to pray through this guide.
