Yes it's true we are not to judge others, as if we're playing God in people's lives. This non-judgemental spirit is to be our posture towards others and to God. But what about correction, or discernment between right and wrong, good and evil within the Body of Christ? Is there ever a time we are to be on "speck" patrol when it comes to our friends within the Body?
