"Fear not; you will no longer live in shame.
Don’t be afraid; there is no more disgrace for you.
You will no longer remember the shame of your youth..." (Isa. 54:4).
The fact that Christ became a curse for us when He died on the cross, means that we no longer need to live in shame, or be ruled by in it in any way.
So if that's true, why is it that so many followers of Jesus still live under a cloud of shame? Why so many long to be released from shame.
One healthy guage for all of is to help determine whether we are still impacted negatively by shame is how easy it is for us to stand in our brokenness and simply let God love us. When we're in a bad place, how are we at practicing this? Fact is, no matter who we are, struggle with shame.

"no matter what, I am worthy of love and belonging" -  Brené Brown

During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living.

The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead. All with the goal of becoming more resilient, grow emotionally and spiritually, and experience renewal.
